We have created this site as a tribute to Jacob Crawshaw. His life was tragically cut short on Sunday 17th October 2021 aged 19 years in a Road Traffic Collision whilst he was a passenger.
He was, and is, a precious and much loved son of James and Tracey, amazing brother to Issy and Ben, treasured eldest grandchild to Terry and Fay and the late Norman and Carol. Adored by so many wider family and wonderful friends.
Jacob had such a passion for life and always managed to do things with a spring in his step and smile on his face and could always be relied upon to bring happiness into the room when he entered it.
His friends organised a memorial football match to be played in Jacob’s memory in 2022 to raise money for the Road Victims Trust. As this was such a success they arranged a second memorial match that was held on 16th September 2023 which would have been Jacob’s 21st birthday.
For more information take a look at the ‘Fundraising’ pages which detail both the 2022 and 2023 charity football matches as well as a charity parachute jump.
Jacob was, and is, so very special to us and will never be forgotten.
